You agree not to use NIM Forms to:

• Collect sensitive personal data unlawfully or without appropriate consent.
• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content, or infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Your content

You retain ownership of the forms you create and the responses you collect. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for your content and for complying with privacy laws applicable to the data you collect from respondents.

AI features

AI-generated form suggestions and response summaries are provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies. Review AI output before relying on it. You are responsible for the forms you publish.

Plans and billing

Paid plans (where offered) are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. The Free plan is provided as-is and may have usage limits.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your content may be deleted.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
