Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of paid plans and prepaid passes on NIM Forms (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by NexInfinity Meta (OPC) Private Limited.

Prepaid plans & cancellations

NIM Forms operates on a transparent prepaid pass model (available in 1-month or 1-year passes). Because our plans do not auto-renew or place recurring charges on your card, there is no recurring subscription fee to cancel. Once a pass is purchased, your access to Pro features remains active for the full duration of the prepaid period and expires automatically unless you choose to extend it.

Refund eligibility

• 7-day satisfaction window: If you are dissatisfied with NIM Forms Pro or experience unresolved technical defects that prevent normal usage, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial plan purchase.
• Subsequent passes & extensions: Subsequent pass extensions purchased after the initial window are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Account termination for abuse: Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., phishing, spam, fraud, or malicious activity) forfeit any remaining pass duration and are ineligible for a refund.

Refund processing timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing cycles.

Digital delivery & fulfillment

NIM Forms is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. There are no physical goods delivered or shipped. Access to paid Pro features, increased response limits, and AI capabilities is provisioned electronically and made available immediately upon successful confirmation of payment by our payment gateway.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@nexinfinitymeta.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

• Your registered account email address.
• The Razorpay payment ID or order ID received in your receipt.
• A brief description of the reason for your request.
